Have you ever had a "heavy" chest feeling while doing M/E?
I just started having it today....I've also noticed a few other ailments....like when I sit down then get up....my head gets all dizzy
Thank goodness this is my last day......also noticed my mouth tastes real...yucky...but yeah, I have this weird "ache" in the back of my chest....feels kinda heavy but not painful....what do you all think? |

I haven't done M/E before (might do it one day as an experiment), but I have experienced dizziness when standing, It usually occured when I wasn't drinking enough fluid, are you drinking much water?
I haven't a clue about the heavy chest feeling but I hope it gets better soon. |

chest heaviness with dizziness could be a sign of a heart attack or angina! I would go to the ER immediately so they can check all that out if I were you! I hope you feel better soon.

Let me qualify what I said...I would go to the ER so they can make sure it's not a heart attack. They would check some blood work and get an EKG. good luck!
