Help! Day 3 of M/E and having to go potty every little while....NOT #1 either :(

Ok...sorry if this is to much info but I need some help from all you experts. Like I mentioned....I am on day 3 of M/E and this is my very first time doing this.I've been going to the bathroom maybe 3-4 times today with reeeally loose stool. I hadn't had any problems with my BM until today. My stomach feel kinda achy and weak. I've been taking my supps. as usual. I thought it might be my TOM thats making my tummy ache but I'm on the last days of it. so that's not typical....anyway, I have experienced this kind of "problem" when I get back on induction after a few days of junky carbs and bad food choices...I think of it as my body flushing out the bad stuff I put into it. So maybe thats what my body is doing now....what do you all think? Thanks so much for your help!

it could be the added fat in your diet, a lot of people who eat high carb diets experience this when they add fats in and eliminate the carbs. It should go away soon. Also, could just be a bit of a stomach bug.

This has happened to me occasionally if dietary fat gets a little higher than what my body prefers.
