New Lean For Lifer. I need help and menu ideas

Ladies congratulations on your success with LFL

I Started last Saturday (10 days ago). I am afraid to move forward to reg menu days, and keep repeating protein days over and over with a loss of about 5lbs in the lady 10 days. I am afraid that regular menu days are going to slow my progress, or even put the weight back on me...
Any ideas? Where are the menu samples for LFL program? I have the book, but it does not have any menu ideas with a carb and cal count....that would be very helpful. I must know if there is a LFL menu book, or website with all the counting of carbs already done for me...any ideas please?

Lean For Life ...Hungry??

My husband and I are beginning Lean For Life tomorrow. We each want to lose 15-20 lbs.
The first 3 days seems soooo low in food amounts. Actually, all the phases do. We are not huge eaters but it still seems like we will be hungry???.😟
Anyone have advice or comments??
Thanks!!
