I want to make kefir. Anyone ever make it? Any pitfalls?

Yes, I've made it (milk kefir). It's very easy. The only pitfall is the grains can multiply then you'll feel gulity throwing them out, but if you don't get rid of the somehow you will have more kefir than you can drink! Seriously, there is a great website called Dom's About Kefir in-site (google it) that has everything you could every want to know about kefir making. Lots of good info there.
