Spinach, Kale or Buk Choy stir fry with onions and Salmon or Bacon. I also have a couple cherry tomatoes & slices of avocado on the side.

Love to sautee fresh spinach for breakfast! Even fruit smoothies with some fresh spinach and plain greek yogurt thrown in is a great breakfast!

I do a shake, unsweetened almond milk, protein powder, 2 T of chia seeds, 4 raspberries and 1T of CO, keeps me full until lunch, I love eggs but dont have a lot of time in the morning, so the shake is just easy. I keep other protein shakes ready made on hand at work in case I get too busy, but chia is magical it keeps you full!

I have a big cup of coffee with heavy cream/light cream mix, sweetened with liquid stevia, and a cup of unsweetened almond milk and a scoop of Amazing Greens, also sweetened with stevia. I get up before 6 and I'm good until 10 or 11 with that. Then I have an all-natural quest nutrition bar.

1-minute Muffin
In a tea cup,
Melt 1 or 2 tsp of butter or coconut oil (microwave for 5-10 seconds*)
Mix in 1/4 cup of flaxseed meal (and/or mix with almond meal, or protein powder)...

Thanks for posting this Rachel! I've been dieing for something like this and it really gets me through the morning. I have tried it this week with straight almond flour and half flax/half almond. I liked both!

I sometimes have CarbMaster yogurt from Kroger. It's fairly low in carbs, if you aren't on induction and it seems to not raise my BS. I love eggs, but can understand if there is something you just can't stand to eat. Another good way to start the day is a wedge of cheese and some almonds or a fat bomb. You don't have to eat a huge meal. You can just eat something to break the fast and it doesn't have to be a lot.

Like a few of you stated, I get up EARLY and just cant handle much food before i leave the house (around 5:15am). I make a 4cup pot of coffee and drink half before i leave with heavy whipping cream and 1 tbsp coffeemate flavored creamer, 2nd half on the way to work with just HWC and some spenda, pure vanilla extract. This keeps me going till about 7:30. I normally reach for either a protein bar or nuts of some kind. Also like to do plain yogurt with some natural peanut butter and splenda. I've heard to only count 4 net carbs for 1 cup yogurt since some are converted when it becomes yogurt. I also make a meal of the little smokies sausages, those keep you FULL.
