organic beef question

I noticed Costco now has preformed frozen organic beef burgers.
Since the packaging doesn't state grass fed I assume it isn't.
Is there still a really good reason to pay the extra $ for this product?

ie, I understand why grass fed is a good thing
what is the difference between organic burgers and regular ones?
