organic greek yogurt (plain)

I was eating plain greek yogurt and adding my own frozen ras or blueberries
Has anyone found themselves stalling or gaining weight adding grk yo?
The protein and carb counts are acceptable but I tend to hang onto weight if I eat dairy. Opinions or exp???? Thanks, T

Doesn't stop my losses at all. You can always switch to the lower fat version-I know, I know I will get flamed for this.

I stall with most yogurts but I seem to be ok with Fage. I have to stick to 1 cup of yogurt and only about 1/3 cup berries. I also try to only eat it every other day or so. Anything more than that will stall me. I can eat as much as I want on maintenance though and I dont gain.

plain greek yogurt: lower carbs in yogurt ever and healthiest habit.
It does not spoil the low levels at all,IF you just remain to the yogirt and the berries, Quite tricky : where I am losing it is when I think I need to make an exception and put some honey in, as it is great with anything sweet in it, and there I just have a proper 100 grams along with the totally safe,other than that, gracious full fat yogurt.
SO it is not dangerous in terms of carbs, it can simply seduce.. high time,
What works for me great lately is mixing it with half spoon of the sugar alternative you use (I like xylitol, and I make sure that will be my only sugar intake for the day)
A generous yogurt portion rested for 10 mins with some sugar, is totally a good lc choice

Yes..I have to be very careful and limit my serving size with greek yogurt - it may be that I love it and can eat too much but I did notice I do not lose on the days that I do eat it even when I carefully measure my serving.
