Hemp Seeds
LOVE 'EM!!!
First thing...make sure you refrigerate them. My pet peeve is stores that don't. They will last much longer and retain the healthful benefits longer if refrigerated. Ok, I sprinkle them on top of my salad for a little protein kick. And they also make a nice (different, but nice) replacement for rice in those dishes that have a sauce, and you are supposed to drizzle over rice. I like to make creamed spinach and drizzle it over a bed of hemp seeds. MMM...heaven. I wish I had some right now! |
