Orlando/St. Cloud Area?
Hey, I just moved to St. Cloud FL and I am missing my Trader Joe's!
Does anyone know anywhere in the area that is comparable, especially on things like raw nuts? There is a whole foods relatively close, but there is a higher price tag there than TJ! Or any info on raw milk, farmer's markets, good meat, etc. would be much appreciated. Thanks! |

Hi there,
I am in Orlando and unfortunately it impossible to find Raw nuts anywhere. And actually all almonds now are pasteurized if they come from the US even if they say Raw the pasteurization kills the enzymes. Store Bought Raw Almonds Not Really Raw | VeganRawDiet.com I order mine on line from a company that imports them from Spain. I guess it depends on how important it is to you to get truly Raw. I was doing totally raw for a couple of months. I am afraid WF is pretty much your best bet unless you order on line.
