Ways to decrease allergy symptoms?
I posted recently that I'm allergic to certain laundry soaps and their accompanying dryer sheets and switched to organic.
But even being in the same room with people wearing them gives me headaches and heart palpitations. Recently, a woman came into the building where I work (small, two story) and I had been sick on and off for weeks when she was there on and off negotiating a lease. I finally figured out that it was her "unscented" hair spray, which she put on so heavily that we could smell it days after she had been there. Even my throat was starting to constrict. Now, when I know she's been there, I'll stay away from the office for at least 2 days. But I can't go through life like this. Is there anything you can recommend that would help me? I just started a new job and my health insurance doesn't kick in for a few months.
