I've been having the exact same thing for breakfast for the past 14 months. I thought for sure I would have grown tired of it by now, but it's my favorite meal of the day.
2 slices of uncured bacon
2 farm eggs, fried in bacon fat, sunnyside up
About a cup of frozen pesticide-free spinach sauteed in bacon fat
2 tbs of nutritional yeast sprinkled over the whole she-bang
1/2 cup of raw organic milk to wash it all down

3 farm eggs sunny side up too, fried in coconut oil

3 or 4 slices of uncured bacon

Black coffee with coconut oil in it.

I do better if I have a pure protein breakfast with plenty of fat and no carbs for breakfast.

Leave the veggies and any fruit I might have to snacks, lunch and supper.

I make blue green soy free eggs from my farmer and fold some raw milk cottage cheese into the eggs. Grass fed pork sausage links sizzled to a crisp and a side of green tea sweetened with a little stevia and lightened with raw milk. Yum!

I pan fry some shredded cabbage in coconut oil. Once soft, I add a couple eggs and stir fry together. I top with salsa.

My favorite tasting breakfast is:
Steel cut Oatmeal with butter, salt, and s/f honey. with coffee + cream.

My favorite "helps me lose weight and not be hungry all day" breakfast is:
2-3 egg omelette cooked in olive oil or butter with bell peppers, and some sort of meat and maybe a little cheese. with coffee + cream.

I like steel cut oats soaked in water and whey overnight, then baked for about an hour.

More common is meat (free range pork sausage, bacon ends, ground beef) and eggs.

I usually will eat at least two apples in the morning, maybe a banana or an orange. I also try to drink alot of water. Whenever my blender is clean, I'll make berry smoothies and add in hemp oil and flax oil. I find Berry smoothies to be the best breakfast, it's just more of a pain to make and then clean up.

I'll also sometimes toast a whole wheat bagel. But honestly, I try to stick with fruit as often as I can.

I have a new low carb favorite; frying cheese from Trader Joe's that I cover with fake syrup and raw walnuts. I'll be using DaVinci's syrups, also. I can't eat all the farm fresh eggs I want because it's a trip to get them.

I used to get packs of sausage patties from Aldi's, but since they're not organic, I don't buy them anymore. I've heard Aldi's has some organic produce, but I haven't checked it out. I'd like to get a large pack of them if I can find them organic.

If you get a Magic Bullet, you can throw the blade and the cup in the dishwasher. Even if you hand wash them, they're a lot easier to clean than regular blenders.

Awesome! Thank you I will check it out... We were thinking about getting a new blender soon anyways, so you're timing couldn't be any better.

That's what I do!

Also, I've heard a lot of people say that the Rocket blender is just as good as the Magic Bullet, for a fraction of the price. I can't attest to that, but I saw that Kohl's had it on sale for $14.99! I almost bought it just to have an extra blender on hand.

An immersion or "stick" blender also works quite well. Look for wattage. 200 watts is wimpy, 250 is adequate. We got a 280 watt variable speed. Also look for all stainless attachments.

I found a blender that looks like the magic bullet one but it isn't, and at least 1/2 the cost of it too. Like the PP said just look for wattage and other things to see if it is comparable.

WOE: ATKINS! now and always....
Start Date: 5/03
My "breakfast" is usually a cup of coffee with HWC, but about 10:30 when I actually get hungry, I like a piece of Ezekiel bread, with a nice slice of Tillamook Extra Sharp Reserve White Cheddar on top, I put that into the oven at 400* til the cheese is JUST BARELY starting to bubble around the edges. Grind on a little fresh pepper and let cool as long as you can stand it, then eat. Man that's good and it holds me a long time.

My other fave is some prepared organic quinoa, heated in the MW (I make up several cups of it at a time and keep in the fridge) and then add a little butter and HWC and a packet of NuStevia 0 carb sweetener. A few walnuts or almonds, coarsely chopped, are good in there too. I cannot do any kind of oatmeal, even steelcut, or I'm starving an hour later, but the quinoa doesn't do that to me at all.

My recipe:

1/3 c rolled oats (not quick)
2/3 - 3/4 c water (depending on how thick you like it)
3-4 tbsp organic pumpkin puree
cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, to taste
sweetener of your choice, to taste
I also add about 1 tbsp of wheat bran, totally optional

Mix oats and water (and wheat bran if using) and microwave on 50% power for about 5 mins, stirring after 2.5 mins. Stir in pumpkin, spices and sweetener to your taste. Microwave for another 30 seconds. Enjoy!

I eat two boiled eggs every weekday morning. On the weekends, turn it up. Two scrambled eggs with carmelized onions and some good English cheddar. I season the eggs with some garlic and salt. I add a little HWC to the eggs too. I pair this with some good bacon and German coffee..........I love my weekend breakfast.
