I have been adding it to sesame butter, a lil sweetener, coconut cream & coconut oil, powdered whey and tastes like peanut butter to me!

I just scooped out some of the filling (so I wouldn't ruin all of it:-)) Probaly about a tablespoon on filling and a tablespoon of yeast. May have been too much huh?

Depending on how it is processed, some nutritional yeasts may contain MSG or other free glumates naturally. I bought some nutritional yeast that is supposed to be processed in a way that minimizes it, but then I noticed they added cheap synthetic vitamin B12 and a couple other synthetic vitamins, which was exactly the thing I was trying to avoid by using it!

So, is it ok to use nutritional yeast with a low carb eating plan?
