Has anyone ever ordered from SPUD?
If so, how would you rate their service? Were you satisfied with the products you received?

I use SPUD and enjoy their company. They are friendly. The only problem I have had is that for the past few couple of months, every other week or so, I have had an item missing*. I have only once had the wrong item delivered (the wrong brand of cream cheese), and I have been ordering from them for at least a year, total, over 2 different time periods.

The food is always fresh and tastes good.

I love the options that they have like:

being able to enter how often you would like to have particular vegetables and fruits delivered
having a standing order that is adjustable, so that you don't have to remember to order milk, cheese, etc.
you can search for organic items if you want, without needing to wade through the things that are only natural, but not organic
ALL produce is organic

I recommend the company.

*They have no problem giving me a refund, but I am now to the point that I'm going to call them to mention the frequency that I haven't received an item so that they can solve the problem and get back to their wonderful delivery record.

I mainly just want to get some fruit/veggies that I can't always find. Like organic strawberries and organic lettuce. Lately I seem to be going to multiple stores just to buy what I need. I rather just buy it through 1 source.

I have never heard of SPUD.. I could probably just look them up I guess, but what exactly do they do?

It is a delivery service. They make local organic foods available to you. They work with local growers/farmers. You just pick and choose like you would on a market online site. They also have recurrent shipments and boxes with produce that can be delivered to you based on your preference. It is really up to you.
