Fat Burning Machine Extraordinaire!

Is organic butter necessarily pasture fed? I guess it is labeling again.
I've been using a couple different organic brands for some time. Horizon Organic butter is the one I have now but it does not say pasture fed. The other one I use is Organic Valley. The "pasture butter" version is not one I've seen. I'll look for it. Are there other readily available brands besides Kerrygold? |

After reading this post, I bought some Kerrygold. Wow! It is so good... The scary thing is that it is so different from the store brand butter I've been buying: different color, consistency and melting point (and of course taste!).
In the morning I always put a tablespoon of butter in my frying pan and then go to the fridge for the eggs. I usually have time to start the coffee before the butter melts, but in about 15 seconds the Kerrygold was melted in the pan--versus about a minute and a half for my regular butter -- how weird is that? And the regular butter seems so watery/oily by comparison-- the Kerrygold looks, melts and tastes like FAT-- yum--I don't think I can go back....even though Kerrygold is triple the price...
