Steel Cut Oats

I finally found some (Bob's Red Mill) and made a small serving. Yum! I had never had it before. The texture was wonderful! I loved the chewy, nutty texture! It was very satisfying and I didn't get the sweats or hot "flashes" that I have typically gotten all of my life when I ate other forms of oatmeal (yes, even old fashioned, weight control, etc made me feel bad).

How do you like yours?

I just add cream, stevia, and a lot of butter!
