My raw milk isn't any different in texture from pasteurised but not homogenised milk from the supermarket. It tastes very similar too - just maybe a bit more milky if that makes sense.

I got a gallon of raw milk today. It's definitely thicker than pasteurized milk, and has a slightly grassy taste to it. I wanted to get some farm fresh eggs too, but they were out.
