I really need some help with my Stevia and Greek Yogurt - Page 2

I use 2-3 drops of sweetleaf vanilla in my greek yogurt, as does my DD. I prefer mine to be just mildly sweet. Too much of the liquid stevia and I start detecting more bitterness.

I put frozen fruit (blueberries or strawberries usually) in a small container and squirt a short blast of NuNaturals on it. By lunchtime it is thawed out and I either mix it into my yogurt or get a little spoonful of fruit and then a bit of yogurt.

I put about 7 drops of NuNaturals liquid stevia in my greek yogurt (1/2 cup) and it tastes great!

I love sweetening my Fage with Sugar free Torani Syrups like the Caramel or vanilla flavor.

I also am victim to using Splenda along with a little Cinammon.

I think the organic and natural-eaters avoid artificial sweeteners though. So no Splenda or Torani

Just wondering, is Nu-Naturals something that would also be good in coffee? I'm excited to try this!! I've been enduring stevia for so long because I sort of thought it was my only option.

I found a brand of liquid coffee syrup that uses erythritol. I think it is Stirling, although I think some of their flavors also have sucralose (splenda) lower down the ingredient list.

Nunaturals Alcohol free Vanilla Stevia is a Godsend! I use it in everything; coffee, cottage cheese... I need a few more bottles because I carry one around in my purse all the time!
