Weight Loss and Testosterone?

Hi!

I got a huge question for ya

Happily dropped again a lot of pounds but hit a stall again...again!!....

My lowest was 136.1 kg = 299,42 pounds. (Before around 137-138kg = 303,6 pounds)
Funny, had that only with really high fat amounts (~230g) and really low protein amounts (60-70g). Calories trying to get around 1700kcal, but the lowest weight was on 2400kcal.
Really dont understand it!? Anyone ideas??

Now I wanted to up my testosterone a bit, cause after the doc, I am more on the lower third of the normal range of testosterone.
BUT the only food I saw to raise testo is HIGH protein (and broccoli.)
What shall I do now?

Hi. How is your sleep? Lack of sleep can wreck havoc with appropriate hormonal levels for both men and women (yes I know....its 11pm here...what can I say?). Activity levels can also impact hormonal production and sensitivity. Couch potatoes don't require as much hormonal activity as someone that gets regular activity. The old adage of a body in motion and what not...Monounsat fats are supposed to help also...avocado, olive oil, nuts.

I also found this - not sure how sound it is...but it sounds goodish.

Maybe also try looking at mark's daily apple for some info. He's a guy that at least looks like he has plenty of testosterone running around in his system...he and his legion of spear tossing groketeers should have some suggestions.

nah,,, i guess i sleep too much XD

but will try marks daily apple and the other link..

what should I do with the nutrition?
I raised the protein to match the normal ketogenic ratio (30/70)... been trying NK ever since but doesnt work THAT well I think... always need to drink heavy whipped cream or use A LOT of fatty german meatloaf... cant eat that again :/
maybe the extra protein will just keep me in ketosis...
