Shake suggestions?

Yes, I know I should eat "real food" but there are times when you are a teacher that real food just takes too long. I am looking for a suggestion for a good, high protein, higher fat shake that tastes good.

I have been drinking EAS low carb shakes. They are 100 calls with 17gr protein and only 2 carbs. They are very low fat though and I would like to bump up that percentage in a shake to make it more leto friendly.

I do have a fridge at work but no way to blend or mix so it has to be ready to go.

Any suggestions?

Trader Joes has canned chocolate protein shakes that are 170 cal and 35 g protein.

I sometimes take a hunk of cheese to work to eat: easy to eat from a plastic baggy with no mess and won't spoil if you remember to eat it the same day. For me it has a good satiety factor (high fat, some protein) and doesn't cause cravings.

I've tried Atkins Advantage shakes & Jay Robb protein powder. I didn't mind the taste of either, but both made me uncomfortably bloated. :/ I seem to do better with Tara's Whey protein powder for some reason.

Whenever I pack a shake I always pack a Baggie of macadamia nuts to accompany it, so that takes care of the fat content. Though I know nuts at school are dicey...

There are no trader joes in my area😢

Cheese can give you breath issues though. I try to avoid that since I work with teens.

Can't do nuts. I have two students with bad allergies.

I like the Atkins Advantage shakes. I tried the EAS low carb shakes and 1) didn't like the taste and 2) didn't realize they contain soy protein which I try to avoid. I drink one Atkins shake every day for breakfast and they keep me satisfied for 4+ hours. YMMV.

I have made a high fat shake before made from:
Unsweetened coconut/almond blend milk
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Mct oil(coconut oil balls up in cold liquid)
Sweetener of choice
You can either add raw eggs or a LC protein powder
