This Might Help Someone.

Went "Gung Ho" on Atkins Ketosis diet same time last year. Lost 8lbs Quickly---THEN STALLED. I was UNAWARE about "Hidden Carbs" in Veggies. I thought Green Peppers,Onions&Corn (for example) had NO CARBS. Got the ATKINS CALORIE COUNTER and it Blew Me Away. Started the diet again 2 weeks ago and my GRAND TOTAL so far is 16 lbs down&2 pant sizes. I hope this helps someone else who is Stalled&ready to give up. Quitting is easy. You must have Bulldog Determination.

NO starchy vegetables like corn or peas or beans, except green beans. Also watch carb count on onions and garlic which are higher in natural sugars.

That's the thing about low-carb, you can't really wing it and expect to lose the way you should without a guide aka book to refer to and teach you what you can and cannot eat on this type of diet.
