I take, and I know this is going to sound weird, a fermented cod liver oil/ high vitamin butter blend. It's the only supplement I have ever taken that I notice a marked improvement with. It probably has something to do with the amounts of Vitamin D. I'm a Mediterranean girl living in an area with little sun and I definitely feel it.

I take a probiotic everyday. But then I have always had digestive problems and my doctor had me start taking them some years ago. They help trememdously with the issues I have. I know good bacteria in our intestines/ colon/ digestive tract is something we are all supposed to have. I don't care much for yogurt (not even sure if I can have it on LCHF), so this was my answer - a daily probiotic.

I don't know which one you were taking before or which one you should take - so I can't help you there. My personal opinion is that some sort of good bacteria is good for the body.

Ok so I've started the routine: magesium oil, Vit C, Vit K and D (combo), and L-Carnitine. I also take melantonin during certain times of the month, and will remember to add in fish oil too. Hoping the magnesium helps with energy and mood.
