Hi all

Anyone have thoughts on vinegar? I am
Wondering if that is another culprit for me. Seems like I get bloated with it?

There have been vinegar threads, but mostly reporting good things.

Never heard of that either. Hmm... Have you been checked for candida? (Yeast over growth?) intake a probiotic to help keep things in balance. Fermented foods, and mushrooms I know can contribute to an over growth.

Definitely not candida- just took a test. I don't like the probiotic, but maybe it is necessary.... who knows anymore. Seems I keep analyzing, but maybe just sit and breathe for a minute.

Peace, what kind of vinegar are you using? I use organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. (Bragg's). I use a probiotic from GHT, called three (or five) lac. It's freeze dried, I think. Anyway you just let it sit on your tongue and it starts to dissolve and wash it down with a drink of water. Taste like lemon.

I like the idea, of just relaxing and just breath, and keep reading. The more I know, the easier it is to figure out if something's not right. :hugs: You'll figure it out!

I was just using balsamic or whatever was in the dressing. I did hear that Apple cider is good for us, though.

Probiotic- I will have to check the exact name but it is from a company quinva?? I will check and tell you later.

Hmm... yep, today was such a better day. stayed under 20 g again and was full of energy. No gym!!!! yay. Thanks for your support.

Hope you are doing well too, lady:)

Peace, balsamic contains sulphites which could cause reactions for some people, not to mention the sugar... Best to use any other vinegar! The organic apple cider vinegar is great, but an aquired taste! Make sure you get the version with the 'mother', otherwise it's just pasturised vinegar like any other. I use it regularly and for me it's now the only vinegar I use.

:) Hello! Yep, what mimosa said. For drinking, you want apple cider vinegar, with the mother. They recommend 1 tsp three times a day. I do 1 Tbs once a day in some arginine with about 8 oz of water.

I grew up with a Dad who loved making apple cider. So, it was easy for me! :D He always said he preferred it with a 'little zip'. Haha, more like hard cider!!

Thanks ladies! Good to know.

Hi, Peace. :) I don't care for apple cider vinegar. I use white vinegar, or white vinegar with a few drops of malt vinegar. I make pickled eggs, put it in the pot when making bone broths, or just take a spoonful now and then.
