Ketosis and Activity
I am new to ketosis ( about 2 weeks in) and when I work out... well... it really just kind of sucks.

Is there anything I can do to make this better, or make the adaption go more smoothly ?

I think that in time it will adjust. I can workout for3 hours and then finally i start to get tired! The intensity is less, but the legth of workout is longer.

Thank you, it felt like I had a bit of a breakthrough this weekend. I think I will pick up the Phinny/volek book about working out. I am reading the Art and Science of Low Carb Living but it is going a little slow.
