Anyone take a probiotic ? Do you think they are necesssary?

I started taking them initially when I started for 30 days, and then stopped when the bottle ran out. To tell you the truth, I didn't notice anything different. YMMV.

I do. I can tell the difference if I don't. I think it should come to a point that one would not need to anymore but I apparently have not reached that point yet.

I only take them when I take antibiotics for something. Otherwise I will get a yeast infection as sure as the sunrise.

I don't take probiotic pills, but I try to include probiotic foods as much as possible. Yogurts, miso, sauerkraut, etc.

I take them, just because I've had issues with yeast infections. Maria has said our health begins in our gut. I can believe that.

Thanks! I never had yeast infections... Just not sure if it will help with constipation.. Or Fiji even need to waste money in them.

I've been taking symprove probiotic liquid for the last 3m. It seems to have cured my IBS.
