How many calories are you eating daily... approximately?

Hello everyone,

Just wondering how many calories you're eating daily....approximately? Wondering if I should try to raise or lower mine.

Take Care All

Well no not lower at all, but maybe raise my calories up a bit.

Thanks again

I don't count calories, but my average is about 1800-2000 calories per day, with some outliers on both sides. For example, yesterday, I wasn't really hungry, so I had fewer than 800.

Calories

Hi
I'm having about 1300 - 1400 per day...but I'm pretty lazy with the exercise.
I've lost 5.5kg since 2nd January (SW 90.1 CW 85.6 GW 70-ish)

I'm still sort of working it out....I got a bit dizzy yesterday with carbs too low in the morning...so still fine tuning the carb/fat thing....but I'm trying to stay consistent with the cals.....just hardwired in my brain from decades of dieting!

Counting cals helps me feel in control of my eating....it doesn't take much to lead me astray otherwise.

PS...I know 5.5kg is kinda ridiculous....but that's just what happened - 4.1kg in the first week!!! Never happened before....I know....it was all fluid!

I am thinking of 1400 - at first I was thinking 1650, but after tracking today I clocked 1200. So between 1200 and 1400 for me

2000-2500
