No weight loss question

I'm a newbie here! I started on Xmas day, and have really felt like I've been doing a good job with my macros- Always at least 80% fat. I have been exercising so hopefully that is not hurting me here- nothing too strenuous. I haven't lost an oz! I do feel full almost all day, which I LOVE. I haven't been eating as many vege's as I want and so I'm going to figure that out this week.

How long did it take for you so start losing weight? I don't want to get discouraged.

Welcome and sorry you are not getting the results you are looking for.

You really need to provide more information to get a reasonable reply.

Your current status (weight, height and goals), 80% fat means nothing without actual grams and the grams of the other macros is critical as well.

It is suggested that exercise be light to none until you are keto adapted. That can take up to 6 wks.

I am 5'4 149lbs which is 15 lbs heavier than I've been for the last 10 yrs. I really put on some weight this year relative to where I've been for a long time.

I'm eating between 1500-2K calories (not counting but eating when I'm hungry with staying pretty consistent on the 80/15/5 ratio on my calories.

Eating lots of dairy, wonder if that's it? Going to try and limit that somewhat going forward.

Nothing to drink except BPC and water. Not enough vege's- working on that!

What and how much fat are you adding to your BPC per day?
People have different recipes and some drink more than others.
I think it can be a good idea to measure what you add.
Not saying that you are eating too much fat, but it's a possibility, much as some of us can overdo it on fatbombs.

I've been adding 1/2 TBL of CO, butter, and 2 tablespoons HWC. I only have one cup Maybe not enough? Really haven't gotten over the 80% much in my percentage. Hovering right there so I thought I was ok.

It seems odd that you would have no change at all unless you were already eating a fairly low carb way. I also think that time of month can have some play....

Any chance you would share the actual menu (i.e. foods and their weight etc.)?
