Well for me I am not sure what the plan is called but I am eating the exact same thing everyday. I have been on this roller coaster long enuff to know, I think what works for me.
24 oz black coffee
3 bullion cubes (chicken)
24 oz green or peppermint tea
6 pieces jennie-o turkey bacon
4 tbs mayo
1 can of tuna
1 lg boiled egg
So as one can see, it is calorie restricted but I don't feel the need to eat more than this as I am not hungry. I do take a pretty dense powder multivitamin and also biotin,vit d,fish oil,vit c,calcium and a b-12 supplement.
I lose a pound a day easily and my ketostix show dark purple daily. I have been doing this since the 8th of January pretty much (a cheat once and a few tweaks) but this is what I've done the last week and I feel wonderful and have basically no apetite. I know some on here will say oh no, not enuff of this and that, but it is working for me.
