OCTOBER! What's on the menu today?

Good morning!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
1 egg (hoping for another double yolker - had 2 in a row) and 1 bacon
old cheddar cheese with salami
sausage and shirataki noodles/cream sauce
almond milk pudding if needed

TOTALS: 8g carbs, 1g fibre, 110g fat, 50g protein, 1,236

Hi Clackey, new to this forum, but it's what I'm doing! So,

B: 3 protein popovers w/butter, bacon and coffee with hwc
L: don't generally eat
S: angel food cake with lemon curd (if I do get hungry)
D: chicken pad Thai

Don't know the totals, but it keeps me full!

B-3 strips of bacon, 1 fried egg in butter, coffee with hwc
DD med. coffee with cream
L-small bowl of broccoli cheddar soup I made (wish we could post links to recipes here because it's amazing but alas, that's not allowed)
2 PB fat bombs
D- grass fed burger with cheese, and helping of caramelized cauliflower mushroom bake (another recipe I wish I could post for you guys!)
Dessert will probably be another fat bomb or two, because they're downright addicting! Lol.

No idea on numbers because of the recipes which I don't have the energy to figure out right now

Good morning! Another stellar fall day for us today! That translates into more yard work!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon and egg
cheese and hard salami
grilled hamburger on an oopsie with onion, ketchup and mustard and a Romaine leaf
shirataki noodles with an cream sauce as a side
cream cheese

TOTALS: 12g carb, 0g fibre, 91g fat, 49g protein, 1,081

Today is my day off so I'm always excited.

B- coffee/hwc (not sure what else, I have smoked salmon in the fridge)

L- avocado, egg, tomato, bacon salad I saw on Marks Daily Apple

S- will probably have sunflower seeds

D- fish with mayo and sauteed mushrooms/onion and manchego cheese, and salad with dressing

I can't wait to eat today
