Wow, I find it hard to believe that one drink will cause us to gain weight, especially if you're on point all other times and is active. How is that possible? Is it water weight gain?

In my case it's more like several drinks though. I rarely have alcohol for other reasons than to get drunk

Aha! I'm pretty moderate and when it comes to spirits and I am a purist (no mixed drinks, only drink "neat").
