bacon, tomato, homemade mayo wrapped in a paleo wrap
probably a salmon fillet with dill sauce and zucchini noodles with a tablespoon of grated parm

Totals 12g carbs, 3g fibre, 105g fat, 43g protein, 1,153

Bacon and eggs for breakfast
Pumpkin seeds, peanut butter fat bomb for snack
Dinner was the most amazing broccoli cheddar soup I've ever had. It's perfect if you want to have a night without meat but still keep your fat intake up. I made it with Kerrygold Aged Cheddar cheese...amazing I tell you! Roasted Broccoli Cheddar Soup | she cooks...he cleans

I'm so full after the soup, I don't see myself having any dessert. I'm only day 7 into NK and already feeling full after eating small portions.love it!
