SATURDAY! What' on the menu today all you N.K. folk?

dinner out so some kind of fish or salad.. and wine
B: can of chinese veggies, broth, 2 eggs fried in coconut oil, all made into a soup
L: salad with lettuce, olives, olive oil and vinegar, banana blossoms in brine (kind of like artichoke hearts), and 3 oz. breakfast sausage
D: 3 oz roast beef, cauliflower with kerrygold
S: broth with coconut oil
Breakfast was 2 double espressos with manu cream, a duck egg omelette with cream cheese & cheddar, two slices of bacon & 1/4 avocado
Lunch is turning into snack today, I have almond flour muffins in the oven that have less than 3g of carbs and 20g of fat!
Dinner will be pan-roasted leg of Venison with pancetta-garlic-port sauce and green beans cooked in butter
