Day 19-feeling VERY tired
 
Hi everyone! I'm on Day 19 and this week has been the hardest! I'm not feeling full like I had been and yet I seem to be bloated. I did go over my carbs one day because I allowed myself to have a, homemade w/ Stevia, Berry Sorbet. I did try to do a refeed this past Saturday because I read that it will keep your metabolism high. I'm afraid that was a big mistake as this week has stunk. I had been having really high energy, sleeping great and feeling like I was losing. I'm only measuring myself because my scale quit working. I had lost 2 1/4 inches around my waist and now it measures only 2 inches lost. My pants even feel tighter. Ugh!
I feel VERY weak and tired today. Any ideas as to what could be going on with me? Could it possibly be hormone related? I'm 46 and seem to be close to menopause. Im worried this refeed was a big mistake and has screwed everything up. Thanks!

What exactly did your "refeed" consist of??

Whoa, relax. You are doing fine. One refeed isn't going to hurt anything.

Keep learning and reading and do your best to eat as you feel is right. You'll keep refining the process over time.

When you feel lost, fall back on the staples, like eggs and butter, some HWC, meats, oil, lettuce and low carb veggies.

It's been less than 3 weeks, your body still has a lot of adjusting to do.
