Good morning! My plan today is as follows....
bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon, garden tomato, homemade mayo wrapped into a Romaine leaf
beef short ribs and l/c cookies
B: 4 oz cod with egg wash and almond flour, fried in coconut oil; purple cabbage, fried in oil
L: 4 oz cod and cabbage (lots of leftovers!)
S: 22 nuts (counting nuts so I don't overeat)
D: eating out for the first time on my new plan. I plan to order meat and 2 veggies or salad with meat. I will stay faithful to the 4 oz of meat/hand size portion and then try to add fat with extra butter and salad dressing.
S: broth with coconut oil
B-eggs and beef bologna
Coffee w/HWC and sweetener
Chinese Cabbage Salad
Iced coffee w/HWC and sweetener
Pork sausage crust pizza topped with cheese and pepperoni
Konnyaku bread with Hazelnut spread and english creme/coconut spread
S-Another BPC (decaf)
L-Rapini bread with Brie and sardine pate
S-coconut milk x 3
Left over konnyaku with brie and coconut cream spread
Spaghetti and meat sauce
S-Alot of coffee gelatin with peanut sauce and chocolate cream sauce.
Not sure how to edit... My late snack yesterday was spinach + cream cheese (3 oz) instead of broth with coconut oil. We also had a few vodka and sodas (maybe 4 shots total) with dinner and late night.
