Just high fat (30%) sour cream with liquid sucralose. It is good with a bit of cocoa powder too but I am on a chocolate austerity program at the moment.

B: coffee with hwc, yogurt, toasted flaxseed focaccia with butter
L: lc zucchini bread, omelette with cheese, peppers and mushrooms
D: Chicken shiritake alfredo with cheese, and way too much dark chocolate
E: pumpkin zucchini bread, cheese

B: 2 eggs in coconut oil with some random veggie leftovers mixed in
L: salad with lettuce, celery, olives, 1/4 c olive oil, splash vinegar, can tuna
S: 22 mixed nuts (afraid I'll overeat them, so counting for now)
D: 4 oz cod fillet with egg wash and almond flour then fried in coconut oil, fried purple cabbage, a few fried Brussels sprouts
S: celery with mayo, cup broth with coconut oil (tried tea with stevia and cream yesterday and it made me hungry)

I am still doing the plan where I only count protein (15-20g, which is the size of my hand, per meal for 3 meals). Lots a fat! LCveggies can be freely eaten. I feel great and have even lost a few pounds, but I'm not believing anything until weigh-in day (Wednesday). If this works I'll be shouting it from the rooftops!

I'm following your progress. I downloaded Rosedales book.

Yeah, if it works I feel like a lot of people who have a hard time losing weight could benefit. I'm ignoring Rosedale's caution about saturated fat and I'm only supplementing electrolytes. He recommends a lot of supplements. Also I'm doing some stevia and Splenda-flavored water during the day. I will cut that out next if no progress.
