Hello! :hiya: Still in the 'formulating' stage but for now, I am I.F. till at least 2. In the meantime, it is just b.p.c. and 1 coffee/hwc. I need some inspiration for dinner! I am off to the store to get me some. :)

Upped my carbs to 45, today's menu is the same as yesterday:

B-3 eggs, coconut oil, baby spinach, onion
L-Bacon, kohlrabi, onion, chèvre, ghee, 1T heavy cream
D-Chicken breast with skin, artichoke hearts, green beans, coconut oil

I've been extremely hungry all day; I went to a bachelorette party this past weekend with lots of alcohol and cookies that I partook in.
So for breakfast I had a three-yolk duck egg. Not sure if that counts as one egg or three??? Had a couple espressos with HWC.
Snacked on some mozzarella.
Lunch was bacon with roasted beets and chevre.
I am making lamb meatballs for dinner on chard with parmesan and garlic cooked in copious amounts of butter. The meatballs will be cooked in coconut oil.

I'm new to this forum but very excited to have found it!

B- coffee with HWC and splenda
Fage yogurt with 2 tbsp blueberries
3 bacon
L- coffee with light cream and splenda
roasted/salted almonds 2 oz
D- Pepperoni and Mozzarella (2 slices pizza toppings)
Diet Coke
S- Chicken Soup ~ 2 cups
Butter 1 tbsp
Gelatin 2 tbsp

Up 2 lbs today and feeling bloated. It might have been the blue cheese wedge salad I had out at dinner last night. Raw veg seems to inflame my digestive system and cause bloat/gain.

B- coffee/HWC, 3 eggs, lots o' butter
L- salad bar, caesar salad, chicken, some seafood salad (with that darn fake crab with too many carbs, but I love the stuff...lol) pepper, cheese
S- almonds, dark chocolate
D- salad, oil/vinegar dresssing, panfried skinless chicken breast with a big blog of homemade mayo...3 glasses of wine (so far, and hopefully no more)

I'm really rockin' this lately and it's working

B - BPC with chocolate zucchini bread
L - Pork rind nachos
D - Philly cheese steak on a homemade LC tortilla, dark chocolate
S - Coffee with HWC & chocolate zucchini bread

I may have overdone it on the chocolate zucchini bread, but it was so good. I tried a new recipe and it really worked - for once, it has the right texture and actually tastes like the real thing. :D We'll see if it causes me problems...really hoping it doesn't! This is the kind of recipe that would help me stay on LC when the people around me are eating doughnuts.
