Good Friday morning! I finally got my sushi (California rolls) made and they were very tasty and I think, they looked pretty good. They were a bit messy but I will practice and get it right. Here is a pic.

Today's plan is as follows...

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon, tomato and homemade mayo wrapped into a Romaine leaf
lamb chops on the grill and a side of either sauerkraut or cucumber salad
pistachios

L- can of tuna, lots of yummy mayo, celery, iced tea

S- definitely something or other

D- no clue yet (and I have some wine left still...yummy)

Yes they are. I used miracle rice (like shirataki noodles only rice). Adding a few ingredients to make it 'sticky' and then the other ingredients. Worked well but I need a bit of practice with the rolling and maybe a sushi board. Really tasty though!

L - Chicken sausage with 1tbsp sour cream
cheesecake muffins x 2
Diet Coke

D - Chicken wings
Ranch dsg
Olives
Dubliner Cheese
Ghiradelli 86% chocolate - 2 squares
Peanut Butter 1 tbsp
HWC 3 tbsp
Sugar Free Jello

Cals 1900
Fat 156g
Carbs 25g

Not a typical day for me but here it was:

B-3 coffee with goat's curds (milk with carbs removed)
coconut bread

L-ceaser salad with coffee and HWC
mosaic dip with romaine lettuce

S-coconut milk and flax milk.
rapini tortillas with sheep's Brie

Dinner:
2 hot dogs with LC buns (wheat gluten and egg whites)

Snack:
decaf coffee with goat/sheep milk and butter.
Coffee gelatin with peanut sauce and some other cream sauce but I can't remember what it was.

Did you use rice in the sushi? I tried making with without rice once but failed miserably that is why I am asking :)

It's Friday again...YEA!

I need to eat lite today after dinner out last night.
