B: BPC
L: Bulletproof broth, double portion
D: not sure, but I'm leaning towards salmon zucchini casserole.

BTW, BF cooked me the cutest dinner! It was a meatball with an almond crust made into a teddy bear face with an ham and cheese omelette blanket, LOL! Yes, we are big kids, LOL! Attached a picture for your amusement...

I'm still not quite awake yet, having my coffee right now. I do have a tentative plan in the makings:

B - coffee/hwc, flax pancake (ground flaxseed, egg, oil, butter, sourcream, artificial sweetner)

L - taco salad (lettuce, seasoned ground beef, cheese, sourcream, cheese, oil)

S- options are BPC, celery/creamcheese, maybe nuts

D - salmon, mayo, mushrooms/butter, salad with oil/vinegar

I want to keep my intake low, so I'm kinda going to go with the flow and see how my appetite is during the day.

stawalke 09-12-2013 07:25 AM

Here is my plan:

b-bpc
l- tuna melt
d-probably eggs of some sort

possible snacks....bpc or fatbomb or some cheese

chrisgil10 09-12-2013 07:50 AM

Bullet Proof Coffee. There are whole threads about it on the main forum and you can google it too.

Just coffee and fats. I use heavy whipping cream (HWC), MCT oil, butter, coconut oil (CO) and some torani's sugar free syrup, super yummy. Blend with a stick blender.

Welcome chrisgil10! Mimosa, love the teddy bear! Sounds like you have a fab b.f.!!

I have almost completed the fasting portion of my day and eagerly look forward to breaking it! 55 more mins.!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
olives, salami and a bit of hard cheese
finally going to try making California rolls. Could wind up being California salad!
pistachios

I am adding wine to my menu. I skipped the afternoon snacks and bought a cheap white wine.

I've worked my butt off today. Scrubbed and scoured my kitchen floor, got half of the grout resealed. Went to Home Depot and bought paint for the front door, one coat on. I want some wine.

There I go again, rambling away.

clackley 09-12-2013 04:02 PM

You just made me want wine!!!;) Enjoy!

cfine 09-12-2013 04:42 PM

My BPC consists of butter and cream. Yumm!!

B-eggs and turkey bacon
L-beef jerkey, cashews
D-turkey wrapped in lettuce
S-BPC

Energy22 09-12-2013 06:32 PM

Yikes! I eat so much more than everyone else here, am I doing this wrong?

B-2 lg. eggs, 3 slices bacon, 1T coconut oil, 50g. baby spinach & 1.5 oz. onion
L-None
S-1 oz. each: macadamia nuts, chèvre
D-6 oz. ground beef, 6 oz. Baby Bella mushrooms, 100g. zucchini, 2T HWC, 1t ghee

I think it came to 20-21g. carbs, 56-57g. protein, 98g. fat.

Trust me, I eat way more than most here seem to eat. It's just the way it's written out.

Your menu, btw, looks closer to what I'd eat compared to most others. Nice to find that for a change.

B: BPC, 2-egg omelette with gouda, 3 sausage links
S: Coffee w/Half & Half, 1 tsp SF nutella
D: Pizza made of LC wrap, white sauce, chicken, olive, mushrooms & tomatoes
ES: Chocolate, chai w/almond milk, handful of cashews

Came out to 1550 cals, 27 net carbs and 75 g protein. Not too bad. I had a HUGE breakfast, and wound up skipping lunch. I seem to be on a low-calorie kick right now, which is a good considering my calories during TOM.

cfine 09-13-2013 07:35 AM

Energy22, I actually eat MORE calories than you. I just don't post every little calorie. If it would help others, I would be glad to do that. I eat less carbs but more fat.

Heavy Whipping Cream. Welcome.

marmarl 09-19-2013 09:09 AM

I just had a chicken & duck egg omelet cooked in coconut oil with cream cheese & cheddar cheese plus I had two double espressos with manu cream. Feeling pretty satisfied right now. Actually, now that I wrote that I'm wanting another espresso.

This appears to be a recylced thread but good enough! Having an unusual day for food by eating 3 meals. I usually have 2.

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon, tomato, mayo on an oopsie with a slice of avocado
leftover sausage/zucchini mix with a poach egg
some kind of egg dish as I have 5 dozen eggs just bought from my organic meat supplier. They had a special on for $3 per dozen and they are free range organic.... real free range!!

marmarl 09-19-2013 12:25 PM

For lunch I had an heirloom tomato salad which consisted of heirloom tomatoes, burrata & arugula dressed with walnut oil

stawalke 09-19-2013 12:51 PM

bpc
broth with butter
hamburger with bacon
fat bomb
steak and broccoli

I kind of like the idea of recycling the "daily" thread like this. What do you think? You've done such a great job starting one each day though.
