Morning!! Here is my menu plan for the day.
bpc and 1 coffee with hwc
bacon, tomato, mayo rolled into a Romaine leaf
green onion/pork burger in a homemade 'paleo' wrap with a slice of red onion and mayo
bpc (only drank half)
pulled pork 3oz
sugar free bbq sauce
75% fat; 18% protein; 7% carbs
Wasn't very hungry today.
B- coffee/hwc, 2eggs, butter
L- salmon, mayo
S- BPC, celery, cream cheese
now I'm drinking some wine....bad bad me......:o
D- chicken coconut curry, veggies, some more wine
I'm being oh so bad lately, and enjoying it. My weight is dropping, so I'm being easy on myself.
