Hello! :hiya: My menu plan for today is like this....

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
2 slices bacon, 45g garden tomato, 2 tsp mayo all wrapped in a Romaine leaf
salmon fillet with skin, grilled and served with dill sauce and a side of sauerkraut
lava cake

carbquik waffle with butter
roast beef and mini babybel cheese
'nacho' soup
fat bomb

84% fat
12% protein
4% carb

What a lovely dinner I just had. My husband and I just went out to an Italian restaurant. My dinner was a wonderful arugula salad with sliced Parmesan and artichokes hearts, some olive oil and divine balsamic. And I had 2 glasses of delicious white wine. I even came home and tracked it.

We'll see tomorrow how my scale treats me.

Breakfast - coffee/hwc, 3 eggs, butter

Lunch- salad, salmon, dressing, sunflower seeds....then more sunflower seeds

Dinner - as described above

I can do very dry wine if I am very careful with the other carbs. As it happens, I only like very dry wine.:D

Lava cake is quite easy and fast and yummy. It is 1 egg, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, sweetener of your choice and amount, & 2 tbsp of 30% sour cream. Beat all ingredients in a mug until well blended and then microwave for 1 min. (depending on your microwave). It should have a soft centre when done.
