Transfat?

I mentioned this in another thread but now that I am thinking more about it I am curious if anyone knows how they impact you on a NK woe. I try avoid them in my own cooking of course but I do often eat out so assume I must be eating them. I don't think they impact Ketosis but I am assuming within a high fat diet they must be harmful . Or are they not as harmful in the absence of carbs?

From what I've read they are harmful no matter what WOE you are doing. I eat out also so I'm sure I get them there but I never them at home.

I believe that they are harmful no matter what you eat them with. That is why eating out is not the best way to go. But it is not just transfats. It is also polyunsaturated fats of all kinds. They cause inflamation in the body.
