nightmares?

I'm getting plenty of sleep and I feel great when I wake up - but I've been having nightmares. Annoying. Anyone else have this?

Having active dreams is a side effect of very low carb. Try adding a little bit more carbohydrate to your diet. You also may be eating too much protein. Also add some magnesium. It will relax you. Also try not to watch TV or read scary books too close to bedtime.
