So true! Fat fasting finally taught me to be sated, it was hard doing regular low carb before, because I was quite active.

My final meal, dinner, was indulgent tonight:

two large marrow bones on two small pieces of maria emmerich's angel food cake (I know, kinda weird, but I didn't have any sliced protein bread leftover, and didn't want to screw up my fat fast with lc bread co bread, which has mostly fiber and protein calories..) SO FULL. (I got a marrow spoon!)

made some lc sweetened condensed milk to hopefully make paletas with, but then realized the recipe called for two batches (2 cans media crema) Argh, I'm on my last cup of tagatose and last can of media crema!! Might resort to making the last cup of condensed milk using ADIDAF's recipe, which is lower carb anyway (1 cup of whole milk has 3 less carbs than 1 can of media cream).

I really ate too much today, but I have been starving all day long. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.

B: iced coffee with 1 TBSP sweetened condensed milk (it thickened SO nice in the fridge. it's like super thick pudding), 1 TBSP heavy whipping cream, and 1 TBSP liquid coconut oil, dash of stevia glycerite.

stomach is off... AGAIN... going to make bone broth soon.

Planned snack: jiffy creamy cheesecake
planned lunch: miracle fettucine & italian sausage stroganoff
planned dinner: chocolate fatshake, or mirace rice something.

B - 2 Free Range Egg Omelet w/ Kerrygold cheddar & Butter, 1 tbsp Salsa
S - Coffee w/ 1 tbsp Kerrygold butter & 1 Stevia packet
L - Coleslaw Veggies w/Mayo, Sour Cream, Stevia, Bragg's Raw apple cider vinegar. Leftover marinated and grilled chicken breast
S - Coconut Oil Chocolate Fat Bomb
D - Bone Broth from the Freezer with 1 tbsp Kerrygold Garlic & Herb Butter
Baby Romaine with Homemade raspberry vinaigrette (1/3 cup olive oil, 5 raspberries, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, bragg's & red wine vinegar)
S - Fermented Red Cabbage
S - Coconut Oil Chocolate Fat Bomb (unsweetened cocoa powder, stevia, kelapo coconut oil, 1 tsp teddy peanut butter)

1288 Calories 20 Carbs 111 Fat 55 Protein

I made it last night! it was not thick but reduced a lot after 1.5 hrs, and this morning in the fridge it had thickened to a very nice consistency, like caramel sauce. I used 2 t in my BPC mm~ now for paletas.

B: BPC with 1 T HWC, 2 T sweetened condensed milk, 1 T coconut oil

L: liver with gravy or barbecue ribs with mayo bbq sauce.

snacks: cream cheese clouds or mocha marscapone mousse
dinner: dunno!

breakfast: BPC with caramel davinci and 1/4cup hwc
snack: provolone nachochip & fatty guacamole (3.5 oz guac + 4 tbsp mayo + 2 tbsp EVOO)
lunch: jen eloff's jiffy cheesecake with blueberries, drowned in melted butter/hwc
half a diet soda post run/walk (4.8 miles in 1:15!!!)
dinner: fatty chocolate protein shake (2/3 eas carb control RTD, some stevia choc syrup, 1/2oz cream cheese, 2 Tbsp HWC, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 tbsp liquid coconut oil, xanthan and ice cubes.)

totals: 1565 calories (heart rate monitor reports I burned 400 in 90 minutes, it's calibrated to when I weighed 6 lbs less.) 154g fat, 35g protein, 18g carbs - 4g fiber. (86/9/4 ratios)
