Congratulations!
The first time that "forgetting to eat" happened to me, I couldn't believe it.
It is just the first of many 'non-scale wonderfuls' you will have with this food plan...keep up the good work!

Don't you just love it!! I take this for granted these days but every once in a while, I remember how it was when hunger was constantly reminding me to eat and eat and eat...... Now it is a polite reminder after 4-5 hours and can be easily ignored.

I added some "zoodles" (less than a zucchini) with garlic butter and didn't eat all my shrimp for lunch. Less protein, a couple more carbs, more fat

Absolutely! It was Tater Head's white clam chowder recipe from Linda's low carb recipe web site. Just give it a google and I'm sure it will come up. I did the recipe without the carrot. It's a keeper!

reluctantly moving away from fat fast macros today.

breakfast: 3 egg yolks scrambled with 1TBSP heavy cream, with about 1g green onion chopped in and plenty of cayenne to clear my nose. cooked in lots of salted butter.

snack 1: BPC with 2 TBSP kerrygold unsalted. tried a taste (1tsp) of new no-stir teddie PB.

late lunch: 1/2 joseph's low-carb pita (wheat omg so scared!), 50g lamb tips, tons of mayo/sourcream/fage 2% based raita, some olive oil, more mayo, 2/3 oz lettuce and 1 large cauliflower floret cut up. 2 tsp liquid coconut oil in my water/vinegar.

so far ~855 cal, 84g fat, 9 carbs - 3 fiber, 23g protein. (85/10/5)

Trying to think of a good fat fast dessert to finish off my calories with later on.

thinking tira misu whip with the italian marscapone I got, HWC, some instant coffee, almond extract, and cocoa powder.

Too much coffee / caffeine and AS today. Extra morning coffee, two diet sodas and an afternoon coffee too.

B - Home made mocha w/ extra coffee and a cheese sausage
L - company bbq - beef patty, couple pcs onion pickle and lettuce, mayo and cheese
S - hazelnut coffee, breve, w/ splenda
D - not sure... gotta go grocery shopping. Thinking steak and asparagus with mayo sound delish

On days off I tend to have more to eat in the morning than I do during the work week.

So far I have had chia pudding made with hwc, 4 slices bacon, and a home made iced blended mocha

I think I'll have some nuts and another coffee breve later and then tri tip and asparagus with mayo again for dinner.

Originally when I started about a year ago, I lost about 15lbs in 4 months following induction and OWL. (I had worked at a bakery and literally made myself sick on free cookies and rolls, I HAD to change something!)

I do have to limit my calories and protein, the latter I only learned recently. I use ketocalculator / ankerl (google).

If I aim for 85/10/5 I stay in moderate-high ketosis, 80/15/5 I lose slowly if I keep my calories at about 12-1300.

I did a fat fast 3-day cycle for the first time this week, motivated by recent stalls/gains and late night eating/protein-ups. It was a massive success and my ketostix registered HIGH levels after day 3 and I lost 3 lbs. Even after having small servings of low carb wheat products and a large calorie up, I am still in moderate-high ketosis.

The hardest part for me is if I have a calorie deficit in the afternoon. I'm much more tempted to stay in the kitchen cooking and eating that night. I feel happy and proud all day, but then crash from lack of energy. I find it easier to forgo dinner or have something small and nourish earlier in the day. Unfortunately it's hard to use up leftovers that way.

yesterday I had a late night carb/protein/calorie up from sunflower butter, nat. pb and heavy cream. Close to maintenance calories but not over on any other macros.

Today just had last cup of coffee with 1/4 cup HWC not hungry yet.

P.S. oriana is that some league of legends reference?
