Quite well actually. I think I did 5 days in a row of my flaxseed pancake (3-4T ground flaxseed, 1 egg, 2T sourcream, 1T MCT oil, chia seeds) cooked in butter with splenda/erythritol sprinkled on top.

My body liked the extra fiber after a couple days, my Blood Ketones didn't change, and my weight dropped that week too.

So to me my results show it's definitely something I can eat comfortably. I can eat fiber without it changing my numbers. Actually I think I'm pretty stable right now as far as ketones go. I'm not going out of ketosis, but I'm also not eating any sugar or grains. I do occasionally overeat protein or lots of veggies (or fiber, heck even wine one day) but that doesn't seem to kick me out.

Personally I don't enjoy coconut flour. I've tried it before and it just grossed me out. I might have to try it again sometime soon. I really do enjoy baking (detest cooking though.) I'm kind of saving the baking experiments until I've lost weight. My low carb cheesecake was so darn yummy I just don't want to do that to myself again, I still had no restraint.
