What do you think of my diet?

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 cups of baby spinach, and a clove of garlic cooked in 1 tsp ghee, topped with .5 oz parmesan and served with a slice of bacon

Lunch: 2 eggs cooked in 1 tsp ghee, served over 2 oz avocado, topped with .5 oz parmesan and served with 2 slices bacon

Dinner: A salad with 2.5oz albacore tuna, 2 tablespoons olive oil mayo, 2oz avocado, half an ounce of cheddar, and 3 cups spinach

1,468 calories
122g fat
30g carbs (15g fiber, 0g sugar)
72g protein

Does this sound sufficiently ketogenic? Should I change anything?

There would be way too many vegetables for me. Vegetables have a lot of carbs. But if it works for you, that is all that matters.

I ran it through my food tracker and came up with different #'s ... which seem fine but just wanted to express the difference... The one item that could make such a difference is bacon. The figures for that are wildly different from the many possible sources and I have come to rely on the USDA figures.

1,185 calories
93g fat
24g carbs (11g fiber)
61g protein

The menu looks fine with the caveat that we don't know if you are 500lbs. or 120 and if you are male or female, your age or anything else.

If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to add more fat.
