OMG! two more pounds! 5 lbs so far since Monday! I have a hard time getting accustomed to adding fat. So brainwashed from the past. When I mention it to others they look at me like I'm nuts. However, it works. So all these years trying to avoid fat so I don't gain weight has now proven the opposite. So bizarre.....

and.....I'm never really craving anything. Eleiminated sugar, bread, starches, but added bacon, cream cheese, butter, coconut oil, dressing. If I don't have time to eat I have a spoonful of whipped cream cheese. Crazy!

Doing 57 protein, 142 fat, and about 38 carbs

Just a warning...don't be discouraged when the rapid weight loss slows. You will lose a large amount of water weight in the beginning and a slower fat loss will follow. Keep the faith.

Do ask questions and stick to plan.

Do you have lots to lose?

Hello! I am new also. I have been eating this way for about 3 months now. My husband and I love it. I think after the first two weeks that you will feel wonderful eating this way. I am always amazed that we are not hungry at all, and we do not need to eat that much. Though my husband and I get enough calories, because we eat a lot of fat in the form of meat fats, butter, olive oil, and heavy cream. For us, this way of eating is not just to lose weight, but for our health. Anyway, I am hoping that this works for you.

You will find that you can eat a little more on LCHF, and you will not be hungry.

It is all water weight. Get back on plan and it will go away. Make sure that you drink enough water during the day also, or your body will hold on to whatever it can get.

Trust me. The extra fat will make you feel great. Also your skin and hair will feel wonderful. Remember, fat flushes your gall bladder, so you do not get gall stones. A low fat diet causes gall stones.
