What is your favorite supplement?

I enjoy getting tips from those who have been there/done that. So, I wanted to find out which supplements work well for you.

Thanks!

I have a few and the #1 is vit d3. I am pretty sure that I was deficient but I have been taking it routinely for close to 4 yrs. now.

I am also a fan of b12 after doing some research on that and listening to a podcast on Jimmy Moores' show with the author of the book, "Could it Be the B12, an Epidemic of Misdiagnosis' (Sally Pacholok).

I also take magnesium, melatonin and probiotics.

I take vitamin D, B12, Metafolin (suggested by my endo due to a genetic defect in converting folate), magnesium, fish oil, and potassium.

Great, I like all of these, too. Except I've never heard of the Metafolin. I looked it up and it sounds interesting. How did you find out you had that deficit converting folate?

I decided after doing a lot of reading on the JUDDD boards to try Pteroblue. Today is my first day, I'm so curious to see how I'll feel. Anyone have any experience with it?

My doctor did some bloodwork that included checking for this issue. I have a history of low folate and anemia, so she checked, and it showed I have this issue.

CoQ10... It is great stuff!

L-tryptophan in the morning to combat cravings throughout the day (it doesn't make me sleepy at all--in fact, I can't take it at night because it wakes me up...I'm weird!).

A good multi without iron.

5-HTP (300 mg) at night and 3000 mg L-tyrosine in the morning (prescribed by my ND for sleep)

CoQ10

Vit. D

Those are my top...but I'm on a lot of supplements right now trying to heal from decades of SAD.
