Just got into mild ketosis this weekend, been in low carb 11 days
I am in mild ketosis and down 10lbs. I lost 9lbs on my first 4 days but it seems I am stuck at this weight. I am only 11 days into my Keto Diet. I started at about 60 carbs and I am down to around 25 carbs a day. It's not been hard, eating lots of cheese, beef, and mixed veggies at trader joes, spinach, drink fiber, no sugar, beef broth, shirataki noodles, eggs. I get sauces at trader joes, iike olive tapenade, tzaziki, guacamole, spinach dip. The grill is a lifesaver, i grill steaks, hamburgers, :newbie:chicken, and pork every day. Any tips, I bought sugar free icecream, but small serving is still 9 carbs so i try not to eat it. Any tips would be helpful, I see this as a new lifestyle and want to commit. It's weird sometimes I feel so full eating such fatty foods. Is it right to be full on meat?
