Must have products from Netrition?

I need to place a Netrition order soon, have ribs in the freezer from when I wasn't following any plan, and I require Guys' SF BBQ for them. What can't you live with out? I'm grabbing coconut flour as well.

Oh man, Guy's BBQ sauce is AMAZING I've just found out... just fantastic

I just ordered over $200 worth of stuff (55 pounds worth, LOL) so as I try things I'll certainly let you know. I'd definitely buy some Torani/DaVinci syrups from them if you can't find them locally and use sucralose products because they're a staple for me... I'll be trying my new casein protein later too, so I'm excited for that.

I'd say EZ Sweetz if you use it, oat fiber, almond/coconut flour, coconut butter, glucomannan for thickening things, and the Bel Vita pasta sauces are great as well

I'll update as I try things and let you all know what I think!

They have good prices on Nutiva coconut oil, especially if you buy the 29 oz or larger size.

If you ever use protein powders to make egg creams or your own shakes (I HIGHLY recommend them by the way, they're filling and GREAT tasting!) the Optimum Nutrition Casein protein powder is amazing! At least the cookies and cream flavor is... it was super filling as a meal, and with just a little bit of SF vanilla syrup added it tasted close to my favorite milkshakes I can't have anymore

I bought some Torani / Davinci locally but have no clue what to do with them! I have Davinci Vanilla, Caramel & Raspberry and Torani Peppermint, Brown Sugar Cinnamon & Coconut.

I used the caramel in whipped cream and didn't like it much, but the vanilla was good in it. I'm thinking about making Cream Cheese Clouds with Peppermint (Linda Sue's site). I don't drink tea or coffee.

I just bought the Carbquik, Guy's BBQ - Spicy, a LC Fruit topping and oat fiber (not sure what to do with that one yet lol) - so far so good!! LOVE the carbquik, have only made pancakes so far, but they have been delicious! and the BBQ was definitely worth the money, going to have to try some of the other flavors they have. Trying to control myself till payday so I can place another order, you all have great suggestions, going to have to look into some more of these products

Guy's BBQ sauce is awesome! I'm so glad to hear the spicy is good, because I ordered a bottle but have only gotten to the original so far I just ordered some of the original for SO who's just starting LC too so I hope they enjoy it as much as I do... it just reminds me of Open Pit before they changed their recipe and didn't taste good anymore. Really awesome!

Also just ordered some chocolate peanut butter casein protein to try out instead of cookies and cream all the time... I hope that one's just as good, but I hear good things!

Cocoa butter? Do you use it for cooking? Eating plain like CO?
I am clueless.

I have a different question that I keep forgetting to ask.
I read a lot that palm oil is another medium chain trigliceride.
Everything I read here is about CO.
Does any one use it palm oil for eating/cooking?

I use cocoa butter for white chocolates I make at Christmas. Most of the strange ingredients in my list are for special treats I make at certain times of the year. Others are for butter/cream cheese holders.

I have been on and off LC for over 10 years and I can make very special LC treats on the holidays to stay on track. I cannot live on CO and HWC alone.
