B: 1T CO, 1 egg & 4gr butter
L: 3.64oz chicken thigh, 3.4oz drumstick, 1/2 cup celery & 12gr butter
D: chilli - 3.5oz ground beef/3.5oz ground chicken, 25gr broccoli, 1/2 cup zucchini
S: 27gr radish, 21gr celery & 0.5oz chedder cheese
Looks fairly good, Bernsy. You could probably use a little more fat to up your calories a bit.
Maybe I'll add a third T CO to my tea in the evening. Just afraid of having too much fat.
